This spacious Hut is the crossover from our popular SNUG and the ever-demanding SUNSET HUT. A great choice due to its lovely style and variety of uses that include all of the SNUG HUTs plus family stay overs, BBQ nights. Maybe that SHE HUT or the MANS CAVE!

The Fairlight comes complete with four electric sockets, two with USB, plus one socket for a small electric heater. Two wall lights and two ceiling lights and an external single socket. Two outside lights on switches. Electric sockets will be placed in usable places for microwave, phones etc. A tv aerial socket is provided plus outside wiring for an aerial.

A sink unit / cupboard with sink, single cold tap (hot water can be provided), and waste pipe

This Hut can have a separate room installed for bedroom, office etc, at an extra cost

Double glazed French style door opening doors, two double opening double glazed windows plus a single double-glazed window. Either stained wooden floorboards or oak engineered flooring, plus interior painted to a choice of Farrow and Ball paint that we have. Entry steps are also included.

The external finish is either treated timber, timber effect composite cladding or corrugated steel cladding. All with a choice of colours & effects.

Excluded delivery but includes a free standard installation.

Additional extras are: Hot water facility, single or double beds, seating etc.
