Whilst perfect for the family with sleep overs etc, the SUNSET HUT is also the go to hut for those that want to rent it out for a healthy revenue and joining in with the Airbnb / staycation massive income market that’s sweeping through the UK.

So, the SUNSET HUT has as standard: six electric sockets, two with USB, plus one socket for a small electric heater. four wall lights (two in living area & two in bedroom) two ceiling lights in main area, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. An external single socket. Two outside lights on switches. Electric sockets will be placed in usable places for microwave, phones etc. A tv aerial socket is provided plus outside wiring for an aerial.

A kitchen sink unit / cupboard with sink & draining board plus a cupboard. Running hot and cold-water plumbing and taps with drainage waste pipes waste pipe. 

Fitted double bed area, either walled in open plan. Wall lights with switches & double-glazed window.

Fitted out bathroom area including locking door with walk in shower, flushing toilet and sink with vanity unit, towel racks & toilet roll holders included. Waterproof laminate flooring throughout.

Double glazed French style door opening doors, five double opening double glazed windows. Either stained wooden floorboards or oak engineered flooring, plus interior painted to a choice of Farrow and Ball paint that we have. Entry steps are also included.

The external finish is either treated timber, timber effect composite cladding or corrugated steel cladding. All with a choice of colours & effects.
